Why this training program is needed?

For surviving in today’s’ challenging times, both as an individual and an organization, we need some strategy. However, mere survival is not our raison d’être of existence. We all, both as an individual and an organization, aspire for growth and high performance. There is lot of research and literature available on high performance starting with the international bestselling book ‘In Search of Excellence’ written by Tom Peters and Robert H. Waterman, Jr. in 1982. Strategy is inevitable for achieving high performance both as an individual and as an organization.

Content of the programme

After completion of the programme, the participant should be able to do the following three things:


  1. To understand, what is High Performance? What is Strategy? And what are the various strategy frameworks for high performance.

  2. Identify gaps for high performance and learn how to fill these gaps, both at an individual and an organizational level.

  3. Gain application/execution skills for strategy to achieve high performance both at an individual and an organizational level.

Methodology

The focus of this programme is on application/ execution and not mere sharing of theories. To ensure that participants learn to apply the concepts, the programme will use an interactive class format, case studies, videos, role play exercises and project work.
